Return Policy

Customer service & return policy: Returns to A Whole Lotta Stuff will be shipped prepaid by the customer, within 30 days in original packaging to receive a refund. Refund will be for the full purchase price excluding shipping & handling the price of the item (s). Please contact us first for a return authorization number or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

We will gladly refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise less shipping fees in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Footwear must have original tags attached to be accepted.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days providing return shipping charges are paid by customer.

Contests & Special Deals

Effective July 1, 2010 5% GST will be added to Canadian orders, except Nova Scotia15% HST will be added, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador 13% HST will be added and in British Columbia 12% HST will apply.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via PayPal, and will be shipped within two weeks of payment, depending on availability (usually sooner). Free delivery in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada area; please email order for the shipping charges to be deducted and an invoice will be emailed to you with a link to pay through PayPal (account not necessary). C.O.D may also be available, please contact sales@awholelottastuff.ca for details. Pick up is also available free of charge.

Lamps, Candleholders and Oversized items may require additional shipping charges depending on shipping location
